In 2024, the total amount collected from the tourist tax in Czechia reached CZK 1.7 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 21.4% compared to 2023. As in previous years, Prague contributed the most, with CZK 885 million collected — nearly 52% of the total amount. It was followed by the Karlovy Vary Region (CZK 207 million), the South Bohemia Region (CZK 105 million), the South Moravia Region (CZK 94 million), and the Hradec Králové Region (CZK 75 million).
